This program will contain but is not limited to:
- Mindfulness training – you are not your thoughts.
- Meditation techniques to cope with thoughts, emotions and the circumstances of our lives.
- Creative Insight (and right brain activation) through guided and free journaling, vision boards, guided self-portraits, and meditative drawing techniques.
- Yoga and Breathwork – individualized yoga tailored to allow you to sit with yourself without numbing or distracting behaviors.
- What to expect when you’re recovering, does that thing you’re going through happen to others? How to navigate recovery at home, in social settings, when traveling, and with friends.
- Now what? Living Sober, how will that work in your life.
- Discrete weekly in-home visits.
- Consistent support and accountability, daily resources via email, text and phone, check-ins.
